Introduction
Arturia is a musical instrument company founded in Grenoble, France, in 1999 by Frédéric Brun and Gilles Pommereuil.
Known for V Collection, which recreates classic synthesizers in software, it also makes hardware synthesizers such as MicroFreak, MiniFreak and PolyBrute, KeyStep sequencers and RackBrute Eurorack cases.
Its first product was Storm music production software, released in 2000. Modular V, developed with Robert Moog in 2003, marked the beginning of the V Collection series of classic synthesizer recreations.
It released its first hardware synthesizer Origin in 2009, MiniBrute in 2012, the BeatStep step sequencer with MIDI and CV in 2014, and its first original software synthesizer Pigments in 2018. The RackBrute 6U Eurorack case provides 176HP and 32 slots.
At this event, Arturia joins its official Korean importer SAMA SOUND at a first-floor booth.
